Author Guidelines

Guidelines for submitting talks information are outlined below. Detailed submission instructions are available here.

Guidelines for Minisimposium Contributors [Deadline March 31, 2012] 

Talk information are required both in text and LaTeX format.

To submit talk information and "join" the correct minisymposium, speakers need to have the following information available:

* Minisimposium Title 
* Personal contact information: name, affiliation, phone and email address of main contact 
* Title of the talk
* Co-author names, affiliations and email addresses
* Talk abstract (suggested lenght: 150-200 words; in text format)
* An archive (.zip or .tgz) named MSP-FirstAuthorSurname.zip  including

            - the .tex file of your abstract (renamed e.g. as MSP-Surname1-Surname2-Surname3.tex) 

            - the .pdf .file of the abstract  (renamed as above)

             - an ascii file with your address, email, and phone number

Please use the LaTex style file available here. Please note that the data will be published as submitted. Be careful to check your spelling, capitalization, punctuation, etc. In particular, please preview the  abstract to check if all math displays and/or text markup is done properly and if you have indicated correctly who will be the presenting author.

All individuals who submit abstracts for talks to be given at SIMAI 2012 are expected to register as soon as possible. For online registration, click here.

Guidelines for Accepted Individual Talks Contributors [Deadline March 31, 2012]

The final version of talk abstract is required LaTeX format. Please use the LaTex style file available here

Please prepare and send to the Conference Secretariat ( convegnosimai2012@gmail.com ) an archive (.zip or .tgz) named TLK-FirstAuthorSurname.zip including

            - the .tex file of the abstract (suggested lenght:150-200 words, renamed as TLK-FirstAuthorSurname.tex)

            - the .pdf .file of the abstract  (renamed as above)

             - an ascii file with your address, email, and phone number

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submitted abstract is in English.

  2. The archive file containing talk information in Latex format and formatted according to the publishedguidelines is ready for upload.
