Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Author Guidelines

The submission format is in plain text format only: no supplementary files are required at the submission stage. The .tex file of the abstract presentation prepared according to the style of the Conference Abstract Booklet will be required after its acceptance.

Minisymposia/Young Researchers Minisymposia or Contributed Papers proposals may be submitted selecting the appropriateConference Track in Step 1 of the online submission proccess.
Minisymposia organizers are identified as "Authors" in Step 2 of the online submission proccess. In case of multiple prospective organizers, additional "Authors" should be added at this stage.
For Minisymposia/Young Researchers Minisymposia proposals, a list of prospective speakers with the full name and affiliation of each speaker and the title of his/her presentation should be entered in the Abstract form after the minisimposium description with the following format:

1. First Author, His/Her University, Milano, Italy, Title of the talk

2. First Author, His/Her University, Milano, Italy, Title of the talk

3. ....

Submission Preparation Checklist

The organizer(s) (for miniysimposia proposals) or the author(s) (for contributed papers) full name, title, affiliation, and e-mail address is being provided.
A title (not more than 10 words) and an abstract (not more of 100 words for contributed papers or of 250 words not including the list of speakers for minisymposis proposals) is being provided.
A list of up to 4 prospective speakers with the full name, affiliation, and address of each speaker and the title of his/her presentation is being provided in case of Minisymposia/Young Researchers Minisymposia proposals.
In addition to above, and in case of a Young Researchers Minisymposium proposal, the 2 prospective organizers and all the speakers do not hold a tenured professor's position, are at most 35 years old and are affiliiated with at least two different institutions.
The submission format is in plain text format only (no supplementary files are required at the submission stage).
The submitted abstract is in English.
