Submission Instructions for Minisimposia Contributors

Registration and login are required to submit items online.

To submit talk information and "join" the correct minisymposium, speakers need to read carefully the guidelines for abstracts preparation and check that all the required information is readily available.

Then, proceed as follows:

  1. If not already done, create a personal account at the conference website. Before submitting the form, control if you are creating the account as an 'Author' by checking the appropriate box at the bottom of the registration form, otherwise you will not be able to submit any item to the conference.
  2. Log in using your personal account. Click on the 'Author' link in your user homepage, and then start your submission clicking on 'Step One of the submission process' at the bottom of the 'Active Submission' page.
  3. On Step 1 of the online submission process, under 'Conference Tracks', select the Minisimposium you are contributing at, and then proceed with your submission, by checking the 'Submission Preparation Checklist'. Move to Step 2.
  4. [Step 2] Insert Author(s), Title and the text version of the Abstract of your talk in the appropriate forms. Move to to Step 3 by pressing  'Save and Continue';
  5. [Step 3]  Upload your archive file containing  the 'Submission File'. Archive files should be prepared as specified in the Authors Guidelines.  Press 'Save and Continue' and move to Step 4.
  6. [Step 4] 'Confirm' your Submission or Cancel it to proceed with it in a later date.

Please note that after concluding your submission will remain 'awaiting assignement' or 'under review' until the minisimposium organizers will check that all invited contributions were regularly submitted and conclude the present submission phase. It is anticipated that this step of the organization process will take place from April 1, to  April, 10 2010.
